Town Tours Madison: What do you do to have fun?

Staff Report

The Daily Record is introducing a new feature called Town Tours, a reader-driven snapshot of the various issues, events, programs and businesses in a given town.

This month, we are covering the Borough of Madison. We will post daily questions to solicit reader feedback for story ideas.

Today’s question: What are some fun things to do in Madison? Tell us what you like to do for entertainment in town.

Let us know your responses by emailing reporter Michael Izzo mizzo@dailyrecord.com or local editor Eva Abreu eabreu@dailyrecord.com, call 973-428-6636, leave a comment online or on our Facebook page, www.Facebook.com/DailyRecordNJ, or send us a message on Twitter @DailyRecord.

We also invite readers to send letters and essays to Daily Record, Town Tours-Madison, 6 Century Drive, Parsippany, NJ 07054.

You'll also have the opportunity to tell us face-to-face. The Daily Record will be hosting an in-person coffee chat from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 13, Columbus Day, at Drip Coffee, 34 Main Street in Madison.

Our local editor Eva Abreu and reporter Michael Izzo will be there to talk to local residents about why they love Madison.

Drop in if you have the day off and feel free to bring your kids too — we want to hear from them.

We will be live tweeting your comments and photos during the event.

If you can't make it, don't forget to follow @DailyRecord on Twitter. Join the conversation and let us know what you love about Madison using hashtags #TownTours #MadisonNJCoffeeChat.
