Mt. Olive couple charged with selling heroin

MOUNT OLIVE – A township couple have been charged with selling heroin, police said.

The arrests came after the police department’s Investigations Division developed information that the pair, who live in the Budd Lake section of the township, were selling heroin.

The ensuing investigation lasted about a month and led to the arrest Thursday of Raymond Brobst, 45, who was charged with distribution of heroin, possession of heroin, possession of a syringe, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with intent to distribute heroin. Brobst was taken to the Morris County jail after his arrest and his bail was set at $50,000.

Anita Cameron, 47, of Budd Lake, was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to distribute heroin and conspiracy to possess heroin, conspiracy to possess heroin with the intent to distribute. Cameron was taken to the Morris County jail and her bail was also set $50,000.
