The following day, the 15-year-old female victim told police that Iellimo “engaged in acts of sexual contact and penetration with her against her will,” the Prosecutor’s Office said.

Iellimo was charged Wednesday following an investigation. His bail was set at $60,000 with no 10 percent option, a Nicole’s Law restraining order, and conditions of no contact with anyone under the age of 16.
