8 new Parsippany officers sworn in

PARSIPPANY - In front of a “standing room only” crowd of off-duty officers and friends and family, Mayor James Barberio swore in eight new township police officers Tuesday afternoon.
The new officers in the Parsippany Police Department are Wandely Torres-Czaka, Christopher Konysc, Jao Paulo Domiciano, Sean Abrusci, Shussler Ferguson, Jr., Scott Baker, Denis DeMuro II and Ryan Taylor.
During the ceremony, Barberio described the new hires as “the cream of the crop” and expressed his gratitude for their employment in Parsippany.
