TRENTON It's going to be a wet Wednesday: The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Morris County due to heavy rain and possible flooding.

There's a 100 percent chance of rain Wednesday afternoon through evening, which could lead to flooding in urban and poor drainage areas, according to the service. The report says that flooding could be enhanced by fallen leaves that clog storm drains. Up to an inch of rain is possible.

The outlook affects Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties, along with the central and southern parts of the state.

Temperatures will be in the '60s, with brisk northeasterly and easterly winds and possible thunderstorms.

Skies will clear by Thursday afternoon, with a high near 72.
