From countryside mansions to beachfront bed and breakfasts, New Jersey is full of romantic accommodations that couples can escape to any time of year, whether or not that weekend happens to hold a celebrated holiday of love.

DailyRecord.com has narrowed those hundreds of love-struck hotels to a list of the top 10 that range from the top to the bottom of the state and vary vastly in price range, theme and history. We did not choose more than one hotel from a particular city and focused our attention on smaller accommodations rather than resorts. We chose based on the element of luxury present, offerings of romantic packages and individuality of the hotel.

Now, we want you to tell us which is number one, now through Jan. 30. The selected most romantic hotel in New Jersey will be profiled in my travel column on Feb. 10, days away from Valentine's Day.
