Snooki buys new $2.6M Florham Park home

FLORHAM PARK – Snooki's on the move.

"Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and her husband Jionni Lavalle have purchased a new luxury home in Florham Park, according to Monday's home sales in the Daily Record.

Polizzi and Lavalle, both 27, purchased the home, 165 Summit Road, for $2,589,786, according to the listing.

The property is one of two new homes built by RNJ Contracting on an extension of Summit Road past the connecting Drift Way.

165 Summit Road is the last house on the dead end road at the top of a hill.

The three-story colonial-type home features a brick façade and beige siding.

Landscaping work appears to be ongoing, but multiple cars were parked in the driveway Monday.

The neighboring 163 Summit Road is still under construction and there are no other neighbors adjacent or across from Polizzi and Lavalle's new home.

Polizzi and LaValle married in November and had been living in East Hanover.

They have two children, ages 2 and 3 months.
